We have a loan through EnerBank so I was happy to see that an app was available. That was short lived. You can’t access your accounts, make payments, transfer funds, etc. You can only start a loan application and receive status notifications of your approval or denial.
Great company
It’s been easy dealing with EnerBank, however, it would be nice if they had a simple option to check balances online.
Downloaded twice
First time it was no use to me. No option to pay nor see my balance. Saw a link leading back here to see my balance but downloaded the second time and still no use to me. Can’t do what I need but apply for a loan

Why was the code DPT9845 invalid? Is that only on the demo mode? How are customer’s going to feel about us going around an invalid code to proceed?

No transparency and very fishy
I can’t find the balance on our Enerbank loan anywhere. We replaced an HVAC condenser earlier this year and our vendor recommended Enerbank to finance it. I’ve made regular payments of 1/12 the balance but I receive no statements from them. Their website doesn’t provide the balance. And their customer service number isn’t open today and provides no option for checking our balance. Very fishy.

Everything in the app works great but the drivers license scanner only works 1/2 of the time.
