No communication regarding subscription
Email sent on the 6th of December regarding cancellation. As of today 28th still no reply and subscription has been taken.
Avoid this company
Really disappointing customer service. Software updates poor and continued to take subscriptions payments after I'd stopped using the software. Much better options out there

Absolutely brilliant quick and easy to use on the move (important for me). Main version is great for detailed use but for basic day use the apps brilliant

New version is brilliant
The New RMP app is brilliant. The recent IOS update messed up the scrolling but RMP released a new version a few days later that works perfectly. I literally use this app all the time.
Frustrating app
I use this program all the time and hoped having the app would make life easier. When I’m looking for an exercise, it’ll let me scroll down so far before returning to the start! I can probably view 4 exercises before it springs back to the top of the page! Please fix this, it could be so good but at the moment it falls way short.

Just downloaded the new version to all my IOS devices. All works a treat, great for compiling client plans on the spot with client present as opposed to having to load into website.
Client can see proposed exercise & give real-time feedback.

Unusable
I am sorry to say this as I love the website version of RMP, but the app is pretty much useless. It’s impossible to create a plan for a client. Why is there no search option at the top of the list of category/diagnosis/muscle. You have to scroll and flipping scroll to get to say trapezius! Ever hear of repetitive strain injury caused my phone use, RMP team? Once I finally added some exercises, there is no way forward. Just so frustrating when companies churn our apps left and right without any user testing or thinking the design through. I know it costs money to build and maintain an app, so if you can’t have a good one, why bother at all? Just gives you a bad name.

As a bunch of chiropractors in clinic, we all use rehab my patient to prescribe exercises to our patients. Its a great app, and super efficient. Makes life so much easier and quicker. thanks RMP.

This app is amazing! defo recommend for all osteopaths, physios etc. it really helps to add another dimension for clinics when prescribing or advising patients with exercises and stretches etc. saves a lot of time. very well designed app A+++
Does not work yet
Needs an explanation of what to do on main page. No ability to sign up other than the LOGIN screen. As a PT I like the info about what the app could do in the APP Store, now I need to see how to do it and if it will be helpful.
Buggy
Downloaded ok but doesn't work. Just buggy. Crashed my phone once already. Can't enter patient details then save them etc. so useless so far.

Can u guys at least explain how the hell this app works? It asks to log in but doesn't have the option to sign up. No instruction. This is a huge FAIL!

Can't login with account details just gives an error message. Have contacted the developer with absolutely no response. Don't bother.
