Not a working app. It freezes does not go further from main screen

This app needs fix. I tried deleting, reinstalling but it does not move from the main screen. No credentials works, keeps on giving error.

Cant upgrade

Paid for update but the app is still locked

Does not work

Purchased upgrade in app to unlock. I was charged successfully but still keeps asking to upgrade. I am fine with paid apps but please do some basic testing
