I brought a e-scooter last year or the year before I didn’t know what the app was until I got told I got the app, and it doesn’t even work can’t make a new account of anything fix your app Reid!!
scooter didnt connect
theres no option to connect and you cant use a third party app if your e scooter isnt on the pairing screen and to think im using the newest scooter wow , the scooter itself is good

Scooter does not connect to app at all via bluetooth.
The scooter will connect
The scooter will connect. It’s just on the app.It has a Bluetooth sign and press on that in it and you press on the first one and then you put in your code.hard at the start tho

The app has no functionality for newer models ie Rover e scooter

Absolutely stupid has Bluetooth but doesn’t let you use it cause they haven’t added the era scooter to the app!

Bought today 2 Era scooter $ 1299 each. And the app do not show this model. I hope in the next 24 hours the customer service will let me know how they want solve this problem. Otherwise her in Australia i can bring them back and have mumy money back to buy a Segway.

Doesn’t come up with the era scooter don’t make me spend 1300 on a scooter that has Bluetooth feature but can’t be used
My e-scooter won’t connect to the app because it simply isn’t there
I bought myself an e-scooter not to long ago from the brand Reid, the era e-scooter. It’s selection is not available on the app because it doesn’t exist. Don’t make me spend 1300 and then not even be able to use the app
Can’t create an account
The app loops on an error and won’t create an account. App support links to general website. You can still use basic features

I love my Reid scooter and it really good for long distance and I love doing burnouts with it 😅
Useless
The app is totally pointless. Buttons don’t work, lock doesn’t actually lock anything and the only thing you could use is the mileage function but how many of us would monitor that? Reid need to go back to the drawing board with the app
Some of it works
Jyst bought an E4 Plus scooter. Works well enough, lot of fun. I've downloaded the app and found many things work, some need work.
I can mostly set up the features it's all good. But the lighting part needs work. Firstly I'd like to be able to turn off the deck lights. They draw power and can't be seen by daylight. Then there's the headlight surround, theoretically you can slide the slider and select the colour. Unfortunately you slide to a colour and you don't know what colour your scooter will go. It's annoying but doesn't really work.
Then there's the total Miles counter. After a full battery test - set off on 100% until the scooter powers down, you lose the reading and it resets to 0 Miles covered.
Other than that a nice companion to the scooter. Include a place to mount my phone and this app would be the perfect companion.

Everything else in my house connects with no problem, but not this scooter. It’s really, really annoying!
