I tried to get in contact with customer service letting them know that I spend lots of money on this game and I don’t get some of my bonuses sometimes, and they ignore and ignore and ignore. I am supposed to be at levelnine VIP with five March slots. I have spent quite a bit of money on this game to be ignored. Люди которые развивались раньше, , когда это было легче, теперь пинают новичков , что бы до них докачаться , нужно играть пол года минимум, когда в то время можно было за месяц - два без доната

Update: latest update labeled as “improvements” actually ROBS all players who have been playing for 5+ years.
The main update is the reduction of maximum troops allowed. Example: Players with 6million troops can now have only 2 millions troops.
But RoE is VERY GENEROUS. The players can deareoy their own troops in excess for compensation. And the compemsation is TRAINING ressources and speed ups !!!!
That CANNOT BE USED since the player will still be t the maximum allowed of 2 million troops.
You cant train, you cant heal troops wounded….in a summary, you cannot use troops in a war game.
A class action law suit is being initiated, based on the fact that most players cannot actually play.
ALL players with excess troops have stopped playing so far. No activity.

Accounts get hacked but are allowed to stay.

Worst update I’ve ever see
I am not exaggerating when I say this game has just released the worst update I’ve ever seen in any game ever. They went from not updating the game for years on end, to somehow making it WORSE
I can’t even properly describe how bad this update is without spending a long time explaining aspects of the game made worse, but to put it into perspective I have seen a hundred+ different people speak about it and every single one hates it, multiple top players have already quit despite spending years, and tens of thousands. That’s how bad it is. And most other players will follow since we can’t even play the game now without dismissing the majority of our troops that we spent years to grow, and many spent a lot of money for.
They also added new levels for greatmen, which would be ok if they didn’t reduce the benefits of each of them at lower levels just for the new high levels to be the same as what you currently have, it’s a disgusting ploy for money before the game shuts down.
As someone who has played for over 4 years, take my word and don’t get this game unless they make big changes. The game rarely gets new players and the majority of the current small playerbase is going to quit if the update isn’t reversed.

Rất ok.
Pay to play
You will have to spend big money to be competitive. Run at least 3 accounts. The 35 castles dominate and unless you spend a fortune on shields you will get hammered. To get rewards you have to watch add that don’t run properly and freeze . You then have to restart and not get reward. . It’s a shame as I’ve made a lot friends from all over the world. The game owners should make it easier for small castles with free shields, so the big castles can’t wipe you out.

Grow to be fodder
Game players from around the world. It’s not necessarily pay to play, but the more you spend the more of a leg up you get. The big issue arises when they merge servers, you can spend a good game year drawing and fighting only to become fodder for players who have been playing for 3+ years. This happened twice both times after a year then boom server merge, and the game is stacked against you 24-7 war or liars saying peace but attacking when they feel like it.
