redownloaded this to use the multiplayer mode but the game just glitches out whenever I try

Great game, game breaking glitch
I’m so sad, I would play this game every night before bed and one day I selected an option when you’re made to travel called “travel anywhere” or something and now my game is just a white screen when I try to continue. I just want a new game option, that’s all. For game breaking bugs like this.
It’s unfortunate, I don’t want to lose all of my data so I’m just hoping for an update. It wouldn’t be too difficult to just allow for a new game like that.

Games is fun
Crazy to me that’s it locked in Netflix should be it’s own game cus it has great playability long term. Only thing I’d complain abt is sometime u get locked into region and just have to give up on that life to get new cards in the next one but that might just be purposeful game design. Anyway I’d recommend to anyone reading this to play the game.

Broken when traveling
Game is okay, but I got the option to “travel anywhere” and when I swiped to accept it, it froze. Nothing worked. Not even exiting the app fixes it. It is stuck like that.
Really really fun when it works
This game is very fun and addictive and has good mechanics despite sometimes scoring cards in terms of you getting closer to dying or not being weird, but its bugs have made me delete and redownload the game twice.
The first being the traveling bug which another reviewer spoke about which wouldn’t let you play the game after you picked the travel option.
The second was when a key character who died kept interacting with us and the emperor who resigned kept getting gifts. I also stopped being able to complete quests and got stuck doing the same battle.

Good game
I like the game, and for some reason people just rate this 1 star because they don’t got a Netflix subscription. So just letting u guys know, u need a subscription for Netflix to use this game.
Repetitive
Exciting at first, but horribly repetitive and wasn’t able to keep me motivated to finish. Love the storyline and added aspects to make it different from the other reigns, but doesn’t particularly stand out. Gameplay is very odd, but simple, and I appreciate that.
Fun, great storytelling
Reminds me of the late 1980s turn-based Nintendo game Nobunaga’s Ambition, but way better. Great premise (with some tech satire thrown in), excellent game mechanics. Some “storylines” might be buggy, and others are cut too short, but overall the best mobile game I’ve played in years.

Like other reviews I’ve come across the same bug that says travel anywhere and it makes your screen freeze on a blank screen and you have to redownload and lose all your data, on top of that you can’t recruit the 3 brothers, it’s impossible because the option isn’t there
Corrupted save
My game file got corrupted. I received a decision to move to a new area, which I accepted, but the game got stuck after that. Restarting the app just results in a beige empty screen. I’m not starting over.

It’s 2025, my guy. You just don’t make a mobile device app that announces ‘OPENING TRACKER’ when you start up a game, even if it is just loading screen flavour.
I’ll return to update the rating once I’ve actually played some, just needed to throw it out there.
UPDATE: back already fam, I can’t say I love the text box styling that goes with the swipe mechanic. Having it fly out from the opposite side of the screen is pretty disorienting. Like, is this the option I’m choosing, or what I’m about to miss out on? I don’t think having it fly out from the same side of the screen you’re swiping to would be LESS obvious, would it?
I’ll return to update the rating once I’ve actually played some, just needed to throw it out there.

Pretty good!
I feel like they really honed in the formula in this iteration.
The RNG’s probably the best in this version. storyline’s feel fleshed out, but doesn’t feel repetitive or forced like it does in her Majesty. The stats move just right, it doesn’t feel too slow or too drastic
I mostly really appreciate the expanded politics, negotiations, allyships, war, conquering land.
It’s interesting to meet different kinds of people from all over the map, and it’s a lot more rewarding to work your way up to royalty, rather than having it just handed to you. Pushing forward with my agendas keeps me coming back
My only real complaint is the synaptic time-travelling or whatever storyline.

I don’t understand how we can’t suspend our disbelief that we’re just some person in ancient China, yet time travel is supposed to make more sense.

Questionable
It’s good but I wanna restart i basically lost and it won’t let me restart

I liked the first Reigns game, so I decided to try this one. Except when you open up the game it makes you sign into a Netflix account to play. What a terrible way to go about making an IOS game. I’m not going to sign up and pay for a monthly Netflix account just to play an iOS game of this quality. Absolutely ridiculous. But I’m glad to see Netflix is hurting for cash these days!

Unlimited routes!
I enjoyed this game very much, especially compared to all the other Reign games (especially the combat mode)! I’m some what familiar with the “Romance of the Three Kingdoms”, so playing this was very simple on understanding the concept but your choices predict what characters and outcomes lead you to have.
