Awful customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with Reima’s customer service. I reached out multiple times regarding an issue with my order, but no one ever responded to my messages. It’s been far longer than any reasonable response time, and my follow-ups were completely ignored.
What’s even more frustrating is that Reima seems to filter or not publish negative reviews, I tried leaving honest feedback several times, and it never appeared on their website. That really makes me question their transparency and how much they actually care about their customers’ experiences.
I understand delays can happen, but ignoring customers and hiding honest feedback is unacceptable for a brand that claims to stand for quality and trust. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Remove out of stock items
Please remove items from Sale section that are out of stock. They’ve been listed there forever!

A very convenient app! But after the update, the section with weather and clothing advice is not working properly.
Untimely beat
The absolute worst experience registering. After going through all the prompts and creating a profile, I was rewarded with an upbeat tune. I was next to my sleeping 10 month old. My phone was on silent. It took forever to put her back to sleep.
Don’t order from them
Company did not fulfill order and did not resolve the issue when contacted.
Can’t even put item to a cart
I downloaded app a long time ago, but never used it. So I updated it to the latest version and wanted to make a purchase and can’t even put item to a cart. Ridiculous. I signed in to my account and it doesn’t work. Deleting the app, waste of time.

Can’t login with my google account
The store is great and I really love the choice. The app would be also good if I could login into the app! When I’m tapping “log in with Google” I see the authorization indicating that OAth client has been deleted and providing the following information for the developers: Error 401: deleted_client

Best All Around
Im new to living in the cold and new to being a mom (i have a 1 yo and a 3 yo). When i got to the north w my babies i tried to use cheep winter clothes and it didnt cut it - not for comfort, wear and tear, growth w my kid and I was always worried about toxins in the clothes. Reima solved all of this, the clothes is comfy, lasts about two seasons, its durable and non toxic. Thanks Reima!

Weather program
The Weather program is not working properly for all weak time, only showing Finland and no other options. No other locations be found. Sad what it’s didn’t working, program are really useful special winter time.
Our kids love the Reima products
For 7 years we have been purchasing and our grandkids wearing Reima everything. We wish all Reima clothing and accessories were available in Canada. Best loved products that are most suitable for prairie winter's are all wool products, base layers and jumpsuits. Our kids wear them year around. The next best are there Osteri winter jackets rated, 3 snowflakes for -30 winters. There are awesome and warm. (Says our grandkids). They now make made for adults. Yes Rheima!👍👍👍🇨🇦

The weather portion not working anymore
The latest update took away my favorite feature of this app! The weather location cannot be changed anymore. Please fix it!
Buggy
Downloaded the app because I was shopping in the browser, and the site suggested the app offered an additional discount. Constant error messages. Couldn’t access size chart, couldn’t edit shopping cart. Went back to browser.
Bad app
Does not let you change the address or add one
Don’t order if you are in the UK
I ordered on the 5th of November and I still didn’t receive it 20 days passed. My son will now wear these shoes 1 month less so what is the point of ordering winter shoes from this app then. He won’t be able to wear them next year.
