My subscription expires next May but it’s asking me to pay again.
Several attempts to get it sorted via the help system have only generated automatic generic responses.

I have found this app to be right out of this world , I took a picture of me at about 5 or 6 months old , and the animation showed me actually moving and with a small smile . Something totally different . 👍🫡

Doesn't work with graded cards
It doesn't know how to crop for graded CCG cards. It tries to only crop the card inside and even then it wasn't great. Cards were often sideways instead of centered.
Subscription problems
It shuts me out by asking me to resubscribe! My annual subscription has 9 months to run but I cannot use the app. This has happened twice.

What do I do about this?
Just re-downloaded the app as it wouldn’t download photos, and wouldn’t switch off - so had to switch phone off and on again each time I tried either a different photo or a different function. Just renewed subscription a few weeks ago, not not happy about it. Any ideas?

Frustrating!!!
The app is very glitchy. It doesn’t always parse out the multiple pictures on the page. Sometimes it doesn’t enhance the pictures properly. It doesn’t enhance anything but the faces. It freezes up. It has an extremely limited user FAQ and instruction. And before my free trial was done I was cut off because I reached the limit, even though I had authorized a subscription payment. I’m in the middle of the big project and I’m cut off from the app until I get this resolved. Response time from the help centre is three days. The restore purchase function on the app doesn’t work properly because there’s a problem with the mail account. Oh my God!!

Excellent program
I have spent some time using various programs to enhance, repair, and colourise many photos from our History Group’s early 20th century collection.
This is by far the best in my opinion, resulting in the most realistic colours.
If you have lots of photos to digitise, I highly recommend Reimagine.

Not happy with this app!
It said that there were no scratches on the photo to enhance but there are cracks and shading where the photo has curled up. I don’t feel like this app helped in any way.

Never got to use the app as the number of catch’s is unbearable… 12 before I quit and deleted the app
Cannot access Reimagine
All features of the Reimagine app are supposed to be part of the MyHeritage Omni plan but am unable to access Reimagine.
Reimagine does not recognize MyHeritage account. Disappointed that I don’t have full access as this was supposed to be part of this package. The only help I can get is through chat and it just loops back to the FAQs and isn’t addressing my issue.

Don’t Buy it crashes and stopped working
It worked for a few days. I used it then didn’t use it for about a month and now it doesn’t work at all. That’s an expensive price to pay for an app that appears to have a limited lifespan. I’ll be looking for a full refund but judging by some of the other comments in the reviews here it doesn’t look like I have much luck.

Problem adding photos
After installing the app and logging in with my paid Myheritage account profile, I created a new album and scanned several photos. But the app now consistantly gives me the « Something went wrong… » error message when I try to scan more photos.
No free trial!
I signed up for the free trial but they did not honour it. They took my money for a full subscription! And I can't get a refund. Not happy!
Great little app!
