My experience with Reinbow has been extremely disappointing. I purchased gifts for a creator, my payment was accepted, but the creator never received the payout. Instead of resolving the issue or issuing a refund, my account was terminated.
I repeatedly asked customer support to identify the specific section of their published Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or Anti-Fraud Policy that I allegedly violated. Despite multiple requests, they never identified a provision that prohibited my conduct or explained why my payment was retained after the creator's payout was withheld.
When a platform accepts your money but neither delivers the intended benefit nor provides a clear explanation based on its published policies, it raises serious concerns about transparency and customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.
