Nothing
I’ve tried this app dozens of times since downloading. Each and every time I load the app, it only shows what seems to be a Youtube video screen, with the message “This video is unavailable.”

It’s 12 days till Christmas and my daughter was looking forward to seeing Santa’s reindeer but there not live🥺

Never got to see the reindeer. It was ALWAYS “off line”. Disappointing.

Here it is the day before Christmas Eve and my grandchildren and I have yet to see any reindeer and have been looking for them since Thanksgiving. Soooooo disappointed!

Maybe there was, once. And, I cannot remotely understand why a developer would make such a *promise*, & it not remotely be so! It’s the one experience...THE MOST *IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE*, in the ENTIRE APP, that we have been completely DEPRIVED OF!! So, HOW...does a parent explain that to their child??🥺

Offline?!
I downloaded this app shortly before Thanksgiving and it said offline, but would be streaming shortly after Thanksgiving. My kids and I have been excited to watch the reindeer but I’ve checked every single day and it’s offline. Now reading reviews, I’m seeing that this has been a problem. The app is worthless now. I really hope it comes online soon and if not, then remove it from the store.

I loved this app every year on an android but now that I have an iPhone the live feed just doesn’t work . Super sad

Great for Christmas time
This app is so good I can watch the reindeer a little bit after thanksgiving love that you can call santa and if you have no were to put your Christmas list you can put it en this app and if you were interested in reindeer there are facts about reindeer I Highly recommended this if you have little ones or really for any one out there so happy with this app and hop you do to

This app has changed so much that it's not fun to watch. Hard to connect. Often nothing is on the screen.
