Please fix the scroll in advanced mode
The iPad app advance screen scroll keeps the playing video in place instead of scrolling with the rest of the page. This gives you very little room to log in or select another video. Please fix! Love it otherwise!

You will be charged yearly if you don’t pay attention. The company will not respond when contacted.
Good app
I love this app, I don’t really care for the Santa story parts mainly because of the high pitched elf. I do love to watch the reindeer, just a side note please fix the camera used to record the reindeer because it often glitches out.

Locked out of app and paid supporter
Love the app... received email this am that reindeer cam was live starting today. Tried to sign in... forgot password.. asked for reset then was locked out of paid features? Help!

I first inquired about it while searching for Xmas apps for my daughter and I downloaded the 2018 version not realizing I purchased an app that wasn’t in use atm. I emailed the company and even thought they didn’t get back to me right away they did get back to me and have been more then generous and very helpful. Thank you Elf Marie and this app is going to be a hit with my daughter once I download it. You won’t be disappointed and show your support oxox

Always an enjoyable time
Ever since our daughter was 4, we’ve been watching Santa and his reindeer online. I wish I had downloaded the app sooner, so far everything has been running smoothly. The app does exactly what you pay for; Santa’s Nice List & the convenience of watching the reindeer, elves & Santa anywhere you have your phone.

This is the best and only way to watch Santa and his amazing reindeer. My kids love watching Santa and his elves on the app every year. It can be wonky at times, but if you’re patient it will work eventually. I really love this year to be able to add the kids names to the nice list :)
