What's New in Rekord

The biggest Rekord update yet: a new home for your training, a full-screen way to lift, and a guide for every movement. TRAINING IS YOUR HOME SCREEN The Training tab opens on today: the week across the top, the session you have planned, and one tap to start. Plan, Programs, Calendar and Exercises sit right below it. FULL-SCREEN MODE Train one lift at a time with big controls you can hit between sets. Swipe to the next lift, and rest with a timer that drains down the screen — take 30 seconds off, add 30, or skip. EVERY LIFT HAS A PAGE Hundreds of new illustrations, each with a written guide in your language: what it trains, how to set up, and the mistakes to avoid. Browse the library by equipment, and see the muscles a session worked light up on a brighter body map. SHARE A SESSION Send a post to friends in Rekord, to Messages or WhatsApp, turn it into a story card, or copy the link. YOUR PROFILE Add your Instagram, TikTok and Strava. Once your streak reaches two weeks, it shows on your profile picture. CHALLENGES Rekord now hosts official challenges every month. SIGN IN WITH EMAIL Alongside Apple and Google, you can now sign in with your email address. ALSO NEW • Bodyweight counts in your one-rep max for chin-ups, dips and the like • Drop sets, and a unit per lift — pounds on one machine, kilograms on the rest • Do a past session again, with last time's sets ready • Recent lifts as one-tap chips when you add an exercise • Tabs switch the moment you touch them FIXED • The 3M chart shows three months, and a break from training no longer reads as a −100% drop • The typical-duration ring on a session card appears • Changing an onboarding answer no longer leaves a duplicate plan behind
