About
Something in your relationship has been sitting with you. A question you can't quite answer, a feeling you can't quite name.
Relationsight is a guide for exactly that. Over three weeks it walks you through an honest, structured look at your relationship, turning the noise in your head into something you can finally see and understand. It's also free.
This isn't typical relationship advice. Everything here is grounded in published research: John Gottman's four decades of couple studies, Caryl Rusbult's Investment Model, and Samantha Joel's analysis of more than 11,000 relationships. No platitudes, just what genuinely predicts whether a relationship thrives or fades, and what that means for yours.
It starts by asking about your situation. If you're here to strengthen your connection, the guidance focuses on rebuilding it. If you're trying to understand things more honestly, it focuses on clear-eyed reflection. Same research, a different lens.
Each day brings a short lesson, drawn from 36 across 11 themes, from Gottman's Four Horsemen and the 5:1 ratio to attachment styles and repair attempts. Every one ends with something to notice or track, so what you read becomes what you understand about your own relationship.
Alongside the lessons, the Ledger is where your relationship becomes visible. Check in on how each day felt, capture reflections, and note the small moments that matter. Day to day, patterns hide. Over three weeks, they surface: what's shifting, what's stuck, what's quietly improving.
As the weeks build, Relationsight draws it all together into personal insights at the end of weeks one and two, and, on the final day, an honest, non-directive read on where you actually stand.
It won't tell you what to do. It gives you the clarity to see your relationship for what it is, and to decide for yourself.
