New to Daily Meditation and Loving the Relax App!

I am finding this app extremely useful to reduce my anxiety and give me an energy pick me up. New to meditation but a long time person of prayer, I needed an easy way to intentionally recenter and retrain myself to be okay with relaxing. Reducing our mind clutter is difficult in this world. I love that I can choose the topic based on the amount of time I have and specifically on where I need support; from anxiety and sleep to a quick reminder to just breath. And the narrators voice is like butter to the ears! Highly recommend.

Incredible meditations

The meditation audios that “relax” has to offer are as insightful as they are effective. Plus, the emotion log serves as a valuable tool for those who find their emotions lost in the wind after they’ve been experienced. The busy 24 hour world we live in doesn’t allow us to reflect and articulate feelings we had days ago, but “Relax” feels like a meaningful solution to such a human problem.

Fantastic app highly recommend

I deal with anxiety, depression, chronic pain and adhd. So even though I know the benefits of meditation I often find it difficult, but this app has the perfect meditations for every situation! And they are just the right amount of time and combination of visual guidance with soothing background music. I use it every morning, for a midday break and often more if needed. I highly recommend it.

Great tool for anxiety

I struggle with anxiety. I’ve found this app’s meditations to be very helpful. I have a difficult time meditating for long periods of time, so I love the functionality of being able to search by time. This has been a big help for me. I hope it can be for you too.

Game changer for PTSD

As someone that lives with and endures the symptoms of PTSD daily (ruminating thoughts, panic response, dissociation), this app has been a game changer! Within the first few minutes of focusing my attention on the sensations I feel, and being verbally guided, my feelings of panic left. This app is great is you struggle with morning anxiety too, highly recommend for anyone that experiences troubles with their mental health!
