Gave them a 5 star and got burned!
Cannot get ahold of anyone, got lucky on my first couple rolls and got won +$200 now that I had to log off until after work, amazingly I can not get back in, my password isn’t working, and it’s not allowing me to reset my password. And is there someone that will reach out to me… please do.

I need a response from the support team. The game is good and would have given 5 stars but for some reason I can’t get through the kyc verification. The tried to contact them to get some info or to try to fix this issue but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. It keeps saying, “ sorry I’m offline right now. I’ll get back to you soon.” Seriously, tho… and still no response. So until I can fix this issue and be able to redeem my $50 it remains a one star. As of right now. I wouldn’t recommend even wasting your time or money on this one.

This game is really fun and you win money pretty fast. First time I played it I won 24 dollars but when I went to play it again my money wasn’t gone. Not sure if I done something wrong which I may have but I’ll have to talk to support about it. Other than that, this game is great!
