WHERE'S THE DEVELOPER? E-mail to Support rejected, server misconfigured

11-7 Update: re-downloaded the music package. Seems to work ok now. Messaged thru Facebook that they need to check out their e-mail problem.

Downloaded free music package, can't find it anywhere in app to play or save it. I've tried to figure this out for OVER AN HOUR!! No way to contact support, e-mail to them rejected cuz remote server misconfigured, can't contact them thru website

Confusing!!!

This must be the most confusing app I have ever tried to use! I can't figure out how to download sounds so that I can listen when not connected. The buttons make no sense and I am always surprised when I actually get to hear sounds. Of course I can't figure out how to use the timer so I don't know how long I will get to listen.
