I saw this app on Roku and thought I’ll give them a try. I went online to sign up it gave an error page when I tried my card so I tried a different card still got an error thought ok it’s just having website issues. A couple days later they charged both my accounts 4.99 but show I have no access and no way to cancel . They tried another time three days later to charge one of my cards again . I’m going to have to cancel both my cards to get them out of my account. They will not reply to emails which is the only way to contact them. PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!!!

Too quiet
I have to put this on a portable speaker and turn it abd my phone volume to max gif it to be even moderate volume. Other apps much louder so it’s not my speaker or my phone.

Can’t login
The keyboard won’t move to let me click submit after i enter my username and password so I can’t login to even test my free trial with the app. So much for that…
Edit: got it to work by adding my username and passwords to the saved info in my iphone settings only to find out all of the options on the browser are not the same on the app…where’s the loud noises options!??

I Love this app!!
My dog is a chihuahua and she’s always crazy but with this app she falls asleep! In my opinion the subscription is a little overpriced and I think it should cost less. Overall this app is amazing how it makes my dog fall asleep!

Can’t LogIn From App
I can log in just fine from my laptop, but the app on my iPad keeps saying wrong password and on my iPhone it just keeps looping back to the log in. What gives??? No one has answered my request for help. If the apps don’t work then I’ll cancel after the free trial. Too bad...
Works amazingly every time!
My dog suffers from really bad general anxiety and noise anxiety and nothing seems to work until now; really surprised that it helps him every single time, the separation anxiety and fireworks playlists are especially good!

I’ve been using this ever since I got my Labrador, Kobi. He particularly likes the Anxiety playlist which we use for car journeys to help calm him down!
Disappointed
Been trying to figure out how to cancel with Apple. The videos and music don’t really change. I can get more for free out of YouTube.

I am crate training my cockapoo, he's been crying everytime I put him in the crate found this app and within 5 minutes I had a quiet poo. Couldn't believe it GREAT APP
