No shifts
New app is terrible. I opened the app since 8:50 constantly refreshing and waiting yet I still get no shifts. As soon as I refresh it already says fully booked, not sure how that is even possible, haven’t been able to book shifts for a while. The way the app was before was way better
Not impressed
They keep updating this app and i’ll think it’s improved but then i get shown why it hasn’t. shift timings don’t appear on the dates told to me , shifts randomly get greyed out and unavailable to book. No clear priority structure event tho it’s force fed to us every week that it’s “fair and balanced”. App pushes notifications to me for shifts available to book but then to no surprise find none. very flawed.

Kindly add the refresh button back. Why add extra steps? Click refresh button book your shift and done. Now I have to click on individual dates to make it refresh. This makes it harder and longer to find shifts.
Worst company to work
Absolutely shoking comunism program inside of this warehouseof , you work first 6 hours with no brakes offered, if you continue to work up to 12 hours , you are not offered second brake, huge work load, supervisors and team leaders shouting loud at operatives,if you try to open your mouth to specify the issues them trying to close your mouth, no freedom to free speach, operatives are only treated as sheeps, numbers and not treated as assets as should a company consider their workers. management is given in to the wrong hands.

No refresh button
In the new update, there is a major problem of not having refresh option for looking new shifts. Solve this problem as soon as possible, because the people who doesn’t update the app got the shifts but who updated the app faces problems in booking shifts because there is no option of refresh.
Relay Needs to Offer more Shift
Every single Wednesday i wait Eagerly for shifts to pop up! Once the message hits saying Shift from the so and so posted date are now available they never show up! They always say its fully booked!

Its been like this for over a month. No app updates or nothing. Can this be updated or?

We had the old app, forgot the name, and it always displayed shifts as it should. This new app is terrible and it has been saying ‘no shifts’ for the last 2 weeks
