App does not work and circular icon in the middle keep spinning while you load the app. Cannot log in or do anything with it

think a bit: 60 full bags if parcels for a full van load
only £100 to £145 offered when your total cost to deliver that full load for that shift it is at least £40 in fuel as van fully loaded consuming more fuel, + cost of insurance+ as any human you have to eat and drink for that day.
Absolutely shocking poor management. company it is greedy, interested only to deliver and make milions of pounds, them are not interested about you, them never read their company online reviews, company never responding back to reviews, drivers complaints. because them know can't match the Drivers requested pay rates

What kind of van do you accept? When even a LWB ford transit is not accepted to join? And You can’t get any help in the app, when you click on help the conversation log will never show.

Avoid this company , if you want to come with money from home to make them rich then go ahead, otherwise stay away, rubbish pay rates. no idea how other drivers survive with £100 route to go manchester & back? i'am inside of the warehouse every day and %75 of all drivers complaining about low fares paid.full load of 60 bags ( a full van) for only £100.. the job should be paid £5 per each bag collected. you ending being paid at under £2 per bag( a bag having at least 20 parcels inside)...

Since relay switched over to this new app it’s been nothing but problems.
Just logging in is a mission in itself sometimes it lets you other times it don’t.

Help tab is completely useless as no one there bothers to reply.
Even though after giving full details for the address, the app doesn’t onto next stage while onboarding process.
Insurance documents don’t upload as they are exactly what it requires, but due to a glitch it phrases and says nothing

Trying to sign up but getting multiple “an error occurred” messages. Currently stuck on adding address. Tried the help but the chat doesn’t load either!
