Can’t save/send release to Google Drive or Dropbox
Can’t save/send release to Google Drive or Dropbox, email works if you use Apple mail. No customization. I like that the photo is attached to the release for identification. Too bad, Looks like developers have abandoned.
App is crashing on iOS 16 update.
The app works mostly well, but has started crashing on iOS 16 and I am unable to complete release forms or get signatures.
Cant email?
Was excited to use but can’t email it to myself?? I’m on iphone 11 and it’s saying my device isn’t supported? Shame but would like to use when it’s fixed!
Doesn’t work
After downloading the app I couldn’t even get past the first page because it simply asked for two things.
1- The location name.
2- Date
Naming the location went fine. But entering the date, it gives you one of those pop-up menus so that you can select the date.
However, after selecting the date there is no way to enter it. Thus, you are stuck. Seriously?

Add custom release form
I like the app so far. It is pretty simple and easy to use. I wish there was a feature to upload your own release form. I don’t agree everything written in the generic form templates provided.
Incomplete
Even if all the info and all lines in every page are filled out and all possible signatures are signed, it still will also list the form as incomplete. It’s incredibly frustrating.
Also, of you click the send button to send to someone to sign, it never translate properly into any email program for people to easily just sign and send back.
But the app is free so can we really complain?

Great idea but can’t get it to work
I have only been able to send out the release maybe 3 times. It is such a useful and awesome concept, but I literally cannot get them to send out. I will be stuck on the loading page for eternity! OneDrive and Dropbox don’t load, Google Drive says it’s forbidden. Hope they can fix that soon!
Pointless
Fill out all the info.
In the final copy the info is not filled out like you applied. And trying to email it to you DOES NOT WORK! seriously needs fixed.

Nice job
I like the app. Over all I would like if you guys can have in other languages as well like in Spanish.
Email doesn’t work
Difficult to use; email send button disappears once a email address is entered but after multiple attempts of blindly hitting return, opening and closing the the app the email with the pdf appeared in my email send folder., Ugh!!!!!!
Releases not accepted by agencies
This app would be great if the releases actually worked. For example, it has the right release for property/model for Getty contributor, but Getty can’t and won’t accept releases from this app. So in essence; this app is pointless. Spend the $10 and get the one app that agencies actually accept releases from.

Update for IPhone X
Really nice and simple to use. Best of all free. Love it. I’ll update the stars when I get support for my IPhone XS model. Thanks guys!!! Also a iPad version would also be great.

This app doesn’t work. I can’t email completed releases because the “send” option disappears as soon as I begin to type an email address in the to field.
Fix the email Bug
App won’t allow to ‘send’ once the email address is filled out. The ‘send’ button goes away.
Email does not work
Based on reviews, thought this fit the bill. But email release function does not work. Creates email with no to address inserted, and when typing or pasting the address in, Send link goes away. Dead end. Should have known, if there are typos in the marketing copy don’t trust it to be polished.
Release still saying incomplete
Difficult to see send button when requesting to send model release via email. Once you add email to send to... current issue is figuring out what exactly is incomplete in release form. Help
