Fantastic relaxing app!
Absolutely love this app. I listen to these meditations before going to bed and fall asleep in ten minutes. This is very calming. I love the audio guide! It is easy for me to follow the voice, it is really deeply relaxing. I like the voice, music and video. For me, this is the perfect end to the day, no stress, complete relaxation. I've been looking for something like this for a long time, it's better than watching TV shows before going to bed. I recommend to everyone.

It’s amazing how this app guides me to start my day relaxed and thinking positive and how I can complete my daily tasks enjoying every moment as a blessing. The voice guidance in different sessions is very clear and soothing, it helped to focus on the moment and carry myself to a brighter, confident and stronger part of me, with more energy for the day. I liked the multiple modes its offers, Relax and Energize. Stories for Bedtime improved my sleep quality and gave me an energy boost. The different levels the app offers, motivates to keep using it and rewards with bonus sessions.
