Local Banking is the Best
I recently moved my personal account from Truist to Reliance and am so glad I did. It’s nice to be back with a local bank, where I am literally doing business with members of my community. Even though there were some recent hiccups with their new platform conversions, every single person went out of their way to straighten things up in a pleasant and efficient manner. That can’t be easy when in the throes of the conversion and trying to do business in real time. Kudos to all!
