Scam -app doesn’t work
I signed up for this 3 months ago and have been able to make just one call. None of the customer service numbers work and no one responds to emails. The money is stuck. Its a scam to take money. Reliance has become trash. Please don’t buy

Got a new phone now app doesn’t work
I got a new phone and now it won’t let me sign in it doesn’t even show what to key in where to type what! Won’t let you reset passwords they stole my money it’s scam ! Been using for many years !and now all of a sudden it don’t even work!
Very poor functionality
This app is not easy to use. Unfortunately, the app has not improved in the last several years. The interface is slow. When you go to add credit, it is full of adverts. Other ads pop up when you go to add credit. It is very misleading. You can easily tap on something else instead.
Terrible app
On iPhone this app behaves terrible and has serious issues. No option to change dark mode , incorrect balance show , can’t disable internet calling and choose a toll free number .
Basic signup is not working
Very poor initial experience. Need basic signup options to work even after choosing drop down from sign up screen.

I am frustrated with this app unable to make call and already last nearly $30 USD

Completely broken
This used to work well and seems to be completely broken - even their website. I can’t change a registered phone number, I had $17 in my account that has disappeared. Customer support is non-existent - no number to call, no response to the “24/7” live chat help, can’t even submit feedback as the stupid website can’t even take a simple message - error message “Description contains invalid characters” for a simple sentence.

Stay away from Reliance Global
Absolute trash app. You will just waste your time and money using this app.
Absolutely useless
The app is absolutely useless. Can’t access account information, crashes every time I try to make a call, does not remember last dialed information. Would definitely not recommend this app.

App would close abruptly when a call is made and no option charge not does it give any info when you are out of balance. No option to update or remove contacts already synced.

Not able to make a single call with enough balance in the account.
It shows connecting, then shows ringing for a split second and comes back to previous screen, tried multiple times in a couple of days.
Tried with and without Wi-Fi. Tried with and without Toll free option.
Called customer care, no one answered the call.
Only time I use the app is when I need to dial a non WhatsApp number/user, Reliance not Reliable.

Horrible
The service was great years ago but has become a nightmare to use.
Not worthy of name
This is the first time I am spending time to review an app as I use it a lot or should say used to! If you want to see the decline of the app, this should be on the top of the list. It was an easy way to call your loved ones without worrying about manually typing 10 numbers on your keypad. After the upgrade in last few months, this app has been just a space hogging app. It doesn’t work PERIOD.You can’t dial from this app using one touch dial, which used to work without any issue. How could the product support team at RELIANCE could be so irresponsible of not fixing the app. Please remove the app until it is fixed!!!

Absolute Horror
Can never use the app accurately and the most frustrating experience when have to use it.
1. Unable to recharge from the app, keeps crashing, always have to rely on the browser to do so.
2. App can never find contacts correctly.
3. Very inconsistent with connection from the app as opposed to dialing the number directly from the phone..
please fix it for good or ask users to revert back to using a full blown browser & basic phone app experience.. At the least it works most times.

App exits abruptly
Cannot place call to India. App closes by itself while trying to call.

Non functional
This new update is non functional. I had to go back using access number from my phone. The previous version was working well and I unnecessarily updated it with this version. Now this app has become useless.
I tried calling customer service- no one answers the call.
I tried email. I send all details but no reply. It’s been more than a month.

Worst App ever!
Please don’t waste your time or money. Let them come up with an app that works!
Crappy app
For several weeks now not able to make calls or even open the settings. The moment you click on any contact number or settings the app you are kicked out of the app
