Amazing
For a small town Iowa bank the SC bank is truly very incredible. The staff is so kind. They don’t hesitate to help and they treat you like you belong there. That’s a feeling you don’t get from the big city corporate banks. This is why I love small town living.
Mobile deposit issues
When submitting a mobile deposit it does not confirm which business account that has been selected. I click on the one I need to deposit in too but never confirms the account number.
Also the mobile deposit camera is very faulty it calls errors on perfect checks many times before accepting a photo

App doesn’t work half the time due to “maintenance” and bank has a math problem.
