Es erscheint jedes Mal die Fehlermeldung „Etwas ist schiefgelaufen“, sobald ich versuche, ein Lernprogramm zu starten. Danach wird nur der Button „Zurück zur Startseite“ angezeigt, ohne dass etwas weiter passiert. Ich muss dringend mit dem Programm arbeiten, da eine Abgabe in 11 Tagen bevorsteht.

2. App stürzt beim Login ab: Zusätzlich wird die App immer wieder geschlossen, sobald ich versuche, mich einzuloggen. Dadurch ist eine Nutzung aktuell nicht möglich. Ich habe das Iphone 15

Einlogen nicht möglich.

Über Umwege kommt man zum Login, jedoch erkennt er die Einrichtungs-ID nicht an.

App geht gar nicht laut Support

Auch wenn es diese App wohl schon 2 Jahre hier im AppStore gibt funktioniert kein Login (ist immer noch im Beta Status).
Der Support hat dies bestätigt und wird von den Entscheidungsträgern angehalten die Kunden auf den Login über den Browser zu verweisen.

Eine funktionstüchtige Version ist derzeit nicht in Sicht.
