Relibox is an App that put together digital memories with tangible objects.
You'll need a NFC tag to glue on a object of your choice, that brings you joy, and using Relibox, you can attach videos, photos, audios, messages and a location to it!
After doing this, you can scan the objects any time and have your digital memories attached to them displayed on your smartphone.
