About
Every object has a story. Discover yours with Relic+.
Found an old clock, inherited a ceramic vase or discovered an unusual piece of jewelry? Take a picture with Relic+ to explore what it might be, when it may have been made and which details deserve a closer look.
IDENTIFY ANTIQUES BY PICTURE
Photograph an object or choose an image from your library. Relic+ provides a suggested identification with its possible origin, estimated era, materials and visible characteristics.
For better results, capture the whole object in clear lighting. When possible, add photos of the underside, maker’s marks, labels, signatures and construction details. Images can reveal useful clues, but some features require physical inspection.
EXPLORE AN ESTIMATED VALUE
View an indicative value range and understand what may affect it, including materials, condition, craftsmanship, age and comparable market results. When available, explore similar auction listings for additional research.
Value ranges may be broad when information is limited. Relic+ does not provide certified appraisals, guarantee sale prices or confirm authenticity.
LEARN TO SPOT IMPORTANT DETAILS
Explore Real or Fake guides for ceramics, clocks, jewelry, silver, furniture, glass, coins and art. Learn which marks, materials, forms and construction methods are worth examining. References are included so you can review the underlying information.
These guides are educational and do not declare your item genuine or counterfeit. A mark, familiar style or visual resemblance is never proof on its own.
EXPLORE MUSEUM OBJECTS
Browse objects from The Metropolitan Museum of Art for historical and visual reference. Search by category or era, view available object details and visit the original museum record.
Museum objects can help you understand a style or period, but they are not authentication matches for photographed items.
CARE FOR YOUR FINDS
Access practical care guidance based on an object’s category and materials. Learn about safer handling, storage and situations where professional advice may be needed.
Avoid cleaning, repairing or altering an unfamiliar object when its surface, finish or construction is uncertain.
SAVE ITEMS IN VAULT
Keep your reports organized in Vault. Revisit photos, suggested identifications and estimated value ranges whenever you want to continue your research.
Build a personal record of antiques, vintage finds and family objects that matter to you.

MADE FOR CURIOUS COLLECTORS
Whether you are researching a family heirloom, exploring a flea market or documenting a growing collection, Relic+ helps you examine clues, consult references and preserve what you discover.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Identification and value information are estimates based on available data and images. They may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be used as a substitute for in-person examination. For decisions about buying, selling, restoration or insurance, consult a qualified specialist.
