Do research before downloading this app
They ask you for a lot of unnecessary personal information just to claim a simple NFT which is skeptical, and go against the use of NFT which is meant to be transparent. The app doesn’t work properly and now my NFT can’t be claimed because I deleted my account information AFTER. Coincidence? I don’t think so. I would highly recommend to sacrifice the NFT so you can keep your personal information safe. They aren’t gaining trust from the public this way at all.

Worst app ever
This is the worst app ever the customer support takes 48 hours so you’re more likely to get screwed on your tickets than you are to actually be able to use them it doesn’t allow for easy transfers to take place and so far it has allowed somebody else to sell my tickets without my consent.
Tickets just floating in the air
Trying to buy a ticket off someone they gave me the link I clicked the link I enter my phone number and they txt me a temporary passcode 4 digit,. And EVERYTIME I enter it it says it’s wrong? Pretty upset at how unprofessional this all is,. It’s supposed to be secure and easy and I have had nothing but issues,. I’m very disappointed that this seems to be the future of tickets and makes me not even want to go to shows or event any more,.

Group invite link does not work
I am trying to invite someone to my group and the link never works. Every time they receive and invite invalid error.

Like this app. Super easy to use and I also hear they do stuff on Blockchain which is pretty sweet I guess.
