They were unable to answer simple questions during the intake process and it was very apparent that I was the victim of a script that must be rather than a patient I was a customer who needed ushed along the make money track and any deviance from that script was met with poorly veiled contempt that I would have the audacity to ask about why they think the device works, what data is collected and why, the fact they require youto use an app to use the device even though the technology supports simply turning it on and off they had to get an app in the mix for I suspect more data to build their base of data.

App could be better
Decreasing severity and frequency of a migraine is important.
With that goal, you should be able to log more detailed information and delete it if it’s an accident. Maybe I had a migraine or headache in the middle of the night but didn’t use the device. Tracking each attack would be helpful data to view.
Please add in the ability to record tension headaches as well. If possible, integrating with migraine buddy would be beneficial to users.
