Terrible App
The app continues to log me out every week and I can’t get anyone to help me. I change the pw and write it down, close out the app then get a message saying to change my pw again. I’ve changed my pw over 100 times in the last few weeks just to have it work for a day then log me out again. I call the bank to report it and never get it fixed and get told that it’s because I’m changing my pw 😑, while the app tells me to change my pw. Don’t waste your time on this app, it’s not worth the stress and frustration of not being able to get anyone to help you or getting it to work.

Great bank but horrible app
I really love banking with RelyOn but this app seems to never work. Every time I go to log in it will tell me “bad request”.

Relyon CU has been nothing but excellent! They have treated like family and have provided to my needs and wants with no issues.
Logging in is horrible!!!
It only accepts my credentials every now and then. Sometimes it works and sometimes it tells me to call the financial institution. Yet if I just try again hours later it works! I think there too many glitches. I hate it
Doesn’t work half the time.
I use it because there’s no other option, but half the time it gives a “bad request” error (among others) when I try to login. I’ve tried deleting and re-installing the app, restarting my phone, among other things to try to troubleshoot the issue. None have worked, and it seems to have a mind of its own and will randomly work sometimes and not work others.
When it allows me to login, I do like the app. But not being able to login to my checking, savings, and loans accounts (they’re all in one place, which is nice!) makes it useless during those times.
*Unrelated to the app, it would be great if RelyOn Credit Union was compatible with other financial apps, such as Personal Capital. I have requested this for years but it’s still not compatible.
