新規登録できません

ウェブで新規登録しようとしたら、何度やってもエラー。
アプリではどうかと思い、インストールして試してみるも「プロフィール画像ファイルをアップロードできませんでした、空き容量を確認してください」と表示されエラー。
携帯の空き容量はありますし、サイズが小さめな画像に変えてもエラー
何しても登録できません！
他の人もコメントしてましたが、登録できてる人いるんですか？これ

ついにアプリ起動すらしなくなった

運営のやる気のなさが酷い。アプリ不具合も一向に治る気配ないし最近はついにアプリ起動してもずっとぐるぐる回ってて立ち上がらなくなった。過去に払った手数料返せ！

ずっとローディング中のままアプリが開けない。スマホ乗り換える前からずっと開けてないので改修してないのでしょうか？Web版が使いやすいだけに残念です。
