Support Not Responding
I purchased a 1 Month subscription to Reminderbase to try it out for my business. I now have a reminder going to someone every day - THAT WILL NOT STOP! I’ve cancelled my subscription and deleted my account - yet this person is getting this reminder still every day. I’ve sent several emails to Reminderbase support with NO response. Are you kidding. This has turned into a privacy concern!!

If you gave unlimited Text and emails it would be great.
No message delivery, no support
Messages from Reminderbase suddenly stopped being delivered to my phone by text message, which is the reason I subscribed. I received some reminders, but others were not delivered. There seemed to be no logic which ones were delivered and which ones weren’t. I contacted customer service by email, received no response.
If you want something that delivers text messages reliably, this is probably not the solution.

In-App Purchases Don’t Work
I paid for 100 messages and scheduled some messages to go out. The app stayed on the free plan even after my purchase, which caused messages to not send. I reached out to support and got no answer. Finally had to go through Apple to get a refund.
Pay to use
App is only Pay to use cans send scheduled messages from my personal number (unless I’m active on my phone which makes it so scheduled text would not be needed if I’m on my phone anyway)
THE BEST - won’t find anything better!
I have to say this app is everything I’ve been looking for in a reminder app. I had an error pop up (ended up being something I did wrong) and support literally answered me within 5 minutes with a fix! They listen to feedback and take action to make sure everything is exactly how you need it to be. THANK YOU!

They trashed this app with new update
This was a 5-star app until they released the update today. The app is destroyed. Full of errors. They took a great, reliable app and threw it away. Run.
Unreliable
In theory it’s a great app. I’ve been using it for 6 months now and I’ve had so many issues with texts that aren’t received that I’m going to be forced to discontinue using it.
Confused
I have been using this app for over a year now and have been so so happy with it. Today I get up and I go into my app and it looks like you have updated it. Lots of new stuff kind of confusing but I think I can figure it out. Anyways my one big complaint is, when I go to look at my reminders that I have set up they are not listed by date. They are just all scrambled. I have some January 7 reminders that are due to send out and I have to scroll through my list to find them. I feel the app should list in order of date due. If I’m doing something wrong, please let me know. I really hate to move onto a different app.

App Failure
Does NOT do what it claims. Went to the higher plan and it doesn’t work consistently. Tried their support email…no response. Stay away. This is a junk app.

App does not work, I have screenshots of errors and apple refuses to refund bc developers have a no refund policy. I wonder why, DO NOT DOWNLOAD YOUR MONEY WILL BE STOLEN
Bug
Reminderbase currently doesn’t work with military time. I had to change my iPad to AM/PM to be able to set a reminder. Otherwise I got “you must set the reminder to more than 1 minute from now” even though I was setting a reminder for next month!

This app will haunt you…
I unsubscribed and deleted app over a year ago and myself and spouse continue to receive old reminder texts we had set up. We’ve blocked numbers, used ‘reply STOP’ to end reminders all to no avail, or in some cases a short reprieve… a randomly weeks later, reminder texts will kick in again. It’s beyond annoying. They must be retaining my info forever.

Good app and team
I’ve been using the app for awhile now. Recently noticed that texts weren’t going through and reached out to support. They responded within 5 minutes and resolved my issue. I feel very confident using it for my businezs

No freemium?
I wasn’t able to test out even basic functions. I hate when you download an app for free but then every button pushed tells you to pay for access. I was hoping for at least a basic freemium model to test things out, but seems there’s not even that option.
