Just remove the update always you will be better this way I think; nothings change much anyway 😒😒😒
Disappointing
I was happy with this company’s service at first but was totally disappointed when I had to wait almost a week to have my money remitted. I didn’t even know that there is a problem with my remittance not until my mom asked what’s causing the delay. Communication is the key here, if you cannot deliver the service on time, let your customer know. I asked for a refund and it’ll take longer than the time that they took the money out from my account. Bismal service I must say. Now we’re stuck waiting for the money that is supposedly used for my mom’s medication and I guess we have to wait another week for this to be resolved.

I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service. Not being the first time I do the transaction with you, I am surprised of the terrible way of waiting to recieved the money in the Philippines because of the bank clearing from your side for two days!
I hope someone, somewhere reads this and makes sure a proper resolution is provided and necessary precautions are taken.
