Rude and scam
Very rude staff. Keeps hanging up my calls. Not answering my questions. My money is still with them. No refund yet.
BEWARE
I sent a large sum of money via bank transfer to their clear bank. They claim that they never received the payment despite the numerous phone calls to my bank who is 100% certain that the payment has definitely been credited to their bank account. I have contacted the company (Brac Saajan) over 10 times and the only advice they give me is too call the bank which I have done.

After new update can’t add new beneficiary
Just updated the app a few days ago (April 2021) and tried to add new beneficiaries but after imputing the details wouldn’t let me add the beneficiary , plz look into the glitch
Needs improvement and consistency
Face ID would be useful or even autofill password compatibility, which standard for every app nowadays. Most importantly, fees needs to be consultant. I use it regularly to send money but every fees shows different. Eg. sent £200 to on 30/01/2021, fees was £3.54. Today (01/02/2021) its showing £5.90 to send £172.34.

Version 1.1.3 is very helpful
They have rectified the issues from the last version and added quite a few new features which are very helpful. The app is also quite stable now.

*WASTE OF TIME* save yourself the time and don’t download this app. Cancelled a transaction and still waiting for a refund after 6 working days after being told I will have it in 3-5 working days
Apps problem
I didn’t able to write my date of birth when I signed up.. Months showed may to December and date showed 5 to 24.. The apps has serious problem..iPhone X
Uploading documents not working
I tried to upload my driving licence but I can’t put any issue date or expiry. Can you please fix it?
Worst app u can ever find
This is one of the worst app you can ever find. The quality of the app can’t be more bad. Please see how the other companies develop their app, at least follow them.
Finger print log in
Very impressed with the app. Sending money just got easier and faster then ever. I’d like to address one thing Finger Print logging would be much easier then having to log in with email and password every time Thanks
