this app doesn’t work at all!! Which means this is not a plus of the paid prompter app.

Finally! It works!
I’ve raised my review to 5 stars, now that somehow, with no idea myself how it happened, the remote app on my phone actually connected to my iPad, which is on the Teleprompter. So now that it’s actually working, it’s not quite as convenient as the single handheld Bluetooth controller that I would prefer to use because I have to look away from the screen to look at my iPhone screen to determine what buttons to press, the small Bluetooth handheld controller was much simpler and I didn’t have to look at it while using it. If there is a way to make Autokue work with my Bluetooth controller, I would give them six stars. Lol.

In any condition. Simple don’t work. BT is on, WiFi same, but don’t work.

Two devices problem.
When I use two or more devices in one studio parallel, the application connects to devices at once. This is very inconvenient for studio work. Please restore the ability to select the device you want to connect to for control.

Hit and miss connection
Has been very glitchy and not connecting to my iPad . And at times does not connect at all . Very disappointing. But when connected is a great tool. But I have not been able to rely on consistent connection at crucial shoot times. Have been hoping they’d fix this with updates.
Not compatible with iPhone 4
Too bad for a mere remote to be incompatible with device too old to be anything else than a remote.

Sorry, the technology used to connect the teleprompter with the remote control is not compatible with old devices because they were made before the appearance of this technology. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Très bonne app pour gérer son prompteur
Peut-être mettre les boutons de la version avancé un peu plus gros pour que les commandes soient plus faciles à trouver sans regarder le téléphone. Car quand on lit s’inscrit et qu’on se filme on ne devrait pas devoir regarder le téléphone pour trouver les touches.
Il aurait été intéressant d’ajouter les boutons « up » et « down » dans l’écran de la version basique.
