Haptic convenience

The haptic feedback is a nice touch, plus the app is also very responsive and easy to use. I still have my remote, but I love that I can access all the features I need right from my iPhone.

I don’t understand why we always have to pay for something just to get a remote on my phone. I got this because my remote won’t work and I bought every single remote I can and none of it worked. I thought this was my last resort but it wasn’t. Don’t get this!!!!
