Get a physical remote
No idea why you’d have to pay for this when Samsung frequently sends remotes that are not compatible with their own televisions. Nothing works and unless you’re ready to commit to a subscription or pay $10 you can’t use this app to even see if it works. Maybe someone should get in touch with roku and take notes on how to make a functioning remote app.

HATE IT,NO USE
My toddler lost our remote control so i figured to get this app i payed for the upgraded version and everythingggg and there was literally no use!! When i try to connect to my tv it says to allow my tv to connect and everysingle time it says that!! And i cant press allow on my tv because i DONT HAVE THE REMOTE CONTROL TO DO SO

You will not be able to use it without purchasing the premium plan first. To use this for one month you need to spend the same amount of money that a replacement control costs. Who knows what they mean by “limited” use. No “button” works. Every single ones prompts the premium purchase ad. If you’re in a bind or you have lost multiple controls then this could be an option. Be prepared to pay upfront to see if it works.

Worst than the smart things app which also doesn’t work.
Downloaded the app because my toddler lost the remote. Downloaded it, said all functions work without buying premium I just have to deal with ads. Fine, except not fine, because I can’t use a single feature at all instead it pops up with “buy our premium app” and still can’t use my tv. I’d give no stars if possible. And don’t go messaging me Dev to try and fix or smooth it over with me because it won’t work.

Totally expecting another scam and it worked in like 10 seconds or less. Boom! Lol. I don’t know why it feels so good to have something actually work super easily, because things should work, but praise God, it works! Lol. Thanks!
Very effective
Bottom line is I spent almost an hour searching the net to fix my Samsung remote control device and then I got smart and used my phone to download the app less than a minute later I was using it to control my TV I'm very pleased

This remote works flawlessly on my Samsung TV . My 5yo dropped the factory remote and broke it making it hard to do even basic functions like turning the volume up or down . This remote has been amazing !!

The best and most useful app I've downloaded. For free!! It really does everything my remote did. I opened a few other Samsung remote apps but this us tge only one that sync quickly and has every feature my original remote has and can be used.

This app is awesome for a few reasons. My remote doesn't light up which makes it hard to see at night. I don't havevto turn the light in to see when I use the remote on my phone. If my tagible remote breaks I don't havev to buy another one, if I miss place it no big beal I have the one on my phone. ...

Love this app.
After using Samsung's official app that didn't work at all, I wasn't sure about using this one. Wow, it works really well, like magic on my basic Iphone phone. It was easy to connect to my TV, all of my actual remote functions exist on this app, and I highly recommend this app to others

Works pretty good
Nice Samsung cell remote control. I'm using it as a backup with my 65" Samsung Smart Television; and I'm using it as a NETWORK RC. The settings say it can also be used as a IR remote. The interface and layout of the buttons is very nice.
