Stopped working >:(
While I loved this app, all of a sudden, it stopped working for me. Every time I tried opening up the app, a few months after I downloaded, it it just wouldn’t open at all. Even if it did it wouldn’t work for my xbox(xbox one) sometimes my xbox wouldn’t show up at all( might be on my part for that one). When I downloaded this app it also went onto my iPad. This app still for some reason worked on my iPad but not my phone? Can anyone help me with this.

THE XBOX APP ALREADY HAS A BUILT IN CONTROLER
UPDATE: I emailed the app developers and they never got back to me. HOWEVER I DISCOVERED ANOTHER WAY!! IF YOU DOWNLOAD THE XBOX APP, LINK YOU XBOX, AND CLICK THE XBOX CONNECT ICON AT THE TOP TWORDS THE RIGHT SIDE IT ALREADY HAS A REMOTE CONTROL BUILT INTO THE APP!!! (ps both decides must be on the same network to work!) ORIGINAL REVIEW: Everytime i connect to my xbox the app crashes, it was working well for about a year but a good while ago this app just stopped working and wont connect to my xbox anymore. everything is up to date and everything, the app just keeps crashing. i even tried connecting to a different xbox to make sure that the console wasn’t the problem and the app crashed again. what can we do to fix this? i have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my xbox, reset all my network settings, reset my router- im not sure how we can fix this issue.

Worked For Awhile & Then Stopped
I had this app for a little over a year and it worked great aside from the constant ads popping up every two or three button presses. I opened the app one day and suddenly it wouldn’t work. It’ll connect to the Xbox but as soon as it does the app closes. I’ve deleted, redownloaded & repreated the process along with manually connecting to my WiFi and it continues to do the same thing. I loved this app at first but now it just doesn’t work. Please fix this bug!

Not working
Okay so I download the app and when it showed me all the devices to pair too I set my phone on the same Wi-Fi as my Xbox and when I click Xbox on the list of devices it just closes the app on me every time it says connecting for like a half a second then it closes itself out and never connects

Doesn’t work anymore.
I have tried to download this app multiple times and at the beginning it worked fine but now it just keeps kicking me off. It won’t connect or anything I have downloaded literally over 20 times and it does the same thing. So only one star from me
Keeps crashing
My controller has stick drift do i love this app.. but When i open the app it just crashes immediately, worked perfectly before. Just needs an update ill change the review when the priblem is fixed

Why are you even using this because you can literally just get the Xbox app and use the remote on there like why
Perfect and smooth!
Ran out of batteries for my controller like a dingdong and didn’t feel like bringing my lazy self to the store. This app saved my life. You can’t use it to play games obviously, but it’s great for general navigation and switching apps, all that good stuff.
Remote won’t connect
Absolutely love because one of my controllers will not work. Worked fine then all of a sudden it won’t connect.
Stopped working
This was an absolute god send of an app. I could turn off, and turn on my Xbox from my phone. One day I turned my Xbox on and none of the buttons work except for the power buttons. It was working flawlessly for 2 weeks before that. I’m really disappointed that it doesn’t work all the sudden. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling

Works sometimes
It’ll work sometimes then other times it won’t at all I’ll have to delete the app then reinstall and then it will work it’s kinda a pain but if your desperate to have a Xbox remote on your phone then you’ll use it. It would be amazing if it would connect every time then I’d probably even pay for it. But it doesn’t soooooo

Dude this is the most convenient app ever. It always works for me smoothly. No more wasting controller battery 🙏🙏🙏 everyone with an Xbox needs this if they like to use their box to stream and all that. THANK YOU APP DEVELOPERS

Sometimes it works...
Sometimes it works... and sometimes it doesn’t 🤬 Really frustrating at those times. It literally shows me my console in the list of devices that I can connect to and when I select it, tells me it was not found. In other words, it literally FINDS it and when you select it as an option, it tells you it’s NOT FOUND.

It works!!!!
It’s a great app, really and it actually works which is shocking. The only problem is the poor design which you don’t really care about if you’re having problems with your remote and all you want is to turn on a show to watch. The only reason why it doesn’t have five stars is because I don’t like the number five.

Great when it works
This is a very useful so, but only half the time it connects to my Xbox. And then nothing i will make it reconnect until it's ready to. So, it's extracting right when it works and I need to resort to the ordinal hand held service when it doesn't

Idk what’s going on but it’s not letting me connect the controller to my Xbox….it pulls up my Xbox in the list of things to connect to but keeps saying error….mind you I’ve been using this off and on for a month…so I’m assuming it’s a bug problem!! Please update 😋
