App is freezing

In January I downloaded the app and like many others I could not get past the second screen. The developer replied that they are working on improving the app. Well it is almost the end of Feb and I still can’t get past the second screen even though it has been updated 2-3 times since. Very annoying. I can’t help but think the devs don’t want to honor those of us who got the lifetime version for free.
I downloaded this app today. It seemed like a very handy app. Plus, I got it for free thanks to AppAdvice. Unfortunately, the app freezes as soon as I open it. I have tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing has worked. I have an iPhone 15 Pro and using iOS 18.2 so it ought to work. Sad. I really wanted to use this app.

Not working
The application is experiencing an issue, causing the screen to become unresponsive and freeze.

Latest build locks up on launch
Installed the latest version on my iPad and iPhone with latest iOS and it just hangs on the title screen. You can click on the terms of use and privacy policy but the continue button does not work. Lovely app.
Mr remote
I’ve had ridiculous amount of money to download and install this for it to work. But decided that it did not want to connect after numerous attempts to connect.

Downloaded app. Opened it but on second screen which came with a review would not let me continue any further. Absolutely useless. App deleted.
Seems kind of shady
I downloaded the app but never got past the first screen. I am so annoyed. There was a button at the bottom with the word Continue. I tried tapping on that button so many times, and tried closing and opening again, tried to see if I read the complete terms and privacy rules, and whatever else I could think of, but I could not get anything to happen when I tapped on that button. Maybe it’s your way of getting around the Apps Gone Free offer. It’s only good for one day. So if you can create a problem, you can fix it the next day, but sorry, it’s not free anymore. Now it’s $120 again. No thanks.

First off to be fair I did submit a trouble ticket within the application and didn’t give them a lot of time to get back.
But this application doesn’t work at all. I have five TVs, all of which are Wi-Fi connected. It finds one of them. And the one that it does find it can’t control any feature of the TV. The TVs are configured in multiple ways google TVs, Amazon, TVs and Roku. I’m fairly technical being a programmer, but it is possible. That I’m missing something. I hope they figure out what the main issue is and releasing an update as the interface looks very Nice. Hisense TVs are the two 2024 models so very new TVs they are less than 10ft away from the AP.

P R O B L E M!!!
I downloaded the app, then hit OPEN. At the bottom of the screen is CONTINUE. It wouldn’t go to the next screen after tapping CONTINUE. So, I deleted the app and downloaded it again - very same result! I won’t get another chance to obtain the app for free, so, I’ll never learn what a really get app it is. (Just don’t charge me for it now! Sorry I missed it. 😢

This app sounds useful, so it might be good but it freezes on the opening screen. I removed it and reinstalled but still frozen, so now way to tell how good or bad it it. I would be even more annoyed if I had paid for it.
Not able to set up
Just purchased. Unable to get beyond the second screen … no amount of tapping the Continue Button (page notes Your Feedback Matters) moves beyond this point. Useless … there is my current feedback that matters!
