App finds my LG smart TV but I can’t access the remote functions. I think they are trying to upsell me on something more advanced.

It will work for a minute and then stops working. It won’t work again.

The app seems to have bugs that need worked out sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t link to my newish LGtv

So I I’ve had this app for about a year now and it’s a very good and and you don’t need to spend money for it and stuff but I don’t know if yall updated yall app but it’s looks good but the only bad thing about it is that every time I close my phone to watch YouTube and Netflix it disconnects and it’s already getting annoying because some ads if you don’t skip it it adds extra time and it can add up to a minute and some people don’t have the patience for it so please can you fix the bug, thank you.👍

10/10 app i honestly didn’t even know this was a app my remote broken & I searched it up & it works so well I love how they got different remotes for different LG tv’s

There are so many ads on this remote and it’s a shame because I’m older and it’s the perfect size so that I can see with the light off and I’m watching TV. I think I’m gonna have to delete it though because the ads ridiculous over the top
To many ads
Might as well find your tv remote as soon as the app is opened your introduced to an ad immediately.
It’s worth getting.
It’s the best universal remote to use with your device.
FIX
So I have had this app for a couple months and it’s amazing but I’ve noticed that the ad- free timer that stops the ads has decreased. The first time I had the app it used to be 25 minutes added per ad than the other time I used it, it was 20 so now since I’m so used to it 25 minutes I was shocked than today when I logged back in and I pressed the ad-free button it was only 15 minutes and now I’m very upset so can you please set up the ad-free effect back to its original minutes or raise it up by 5 minutes at least please and thank you.
