When I was doing it every time it just gave me money and we need to pay for a week a month or year and expensive so I give this a one point star cause it’s really awful and it doesn’t even let you do it because you’re a lot options and you always need a coupon

That's frustrating and we'd like to help. A quick thing to check: both devices on the same network, and external control enabled on the TV. If the issue continues, email support@tvremotescreenmirroring.com and tell us your TV model so we can look into it directly.
