Update won’t allow me to use power button
After the recent update in May 2026, I haven’t been able to use the power button. Every time I press the power button there is a pop up to pay for the service. Now I have a useless remote app with no power button.

I now have 2 privacy choices, which I did not need or want, and 2 prime video choices, and I would like one. I also would like to know how to cancel all of my preferences in the preferred channels. I paid for this, but I am really unhappy with this problem.
Partially Works
Not all buttons worked even after purchasing subscription. I got a new Samsung TV now it works even worse. Channels aren’t showing up no matter what I do & it keeps saying it can’t connect even though it’s showing it’s connected on the TV.
I sent an email but never got a response. Just wish the developer of this app would help.

The app is one of the best apps that work with your Tv and it is easy to get it hooked up with your TV it don’t take nothing but three minutes till get it hooked up to your TV if I can give it a 10 star, it would have the 10 star

Updated: constant disconnect solved
The below problem went away after I made my first review. Not sure if the developer fixed it but I didn’t do anything special on my end. I’m much happier with the app now.
***Works great only problem is I constantly have to use the other remote to re-approve using this one. Which means if that other remote died, I wouldn’t be able to use this app. So it’s not a true replacement.
