The remote keeps disconnecting from my tv, then it’s trouble reconnecting it. Really frustrating
It will not connect
My client lost his remote and I have a Vizio remote on my phone, so I tried to download this one for him and it would not connect. It kept saying it timed out when I had just pressed the button. Over and over again. Very disappointed

Awful app
This app has potential, but the ridiculous pop up ads ruin your tv viewing. After doing several presses For channel or volume changes, up pops an ad that you can’t click out of. Horrible.
Don’t pay please!!!!!!
This app stopped working 95% of the time right after I payed to remove ads. Never had issues before. It’s extremely stupid

The reason I need to download a remote is because at the moment I don’t have one. But in order to use the remote that is being installed you have to click “allow” on the tv ….. how are you supposed to do that if you don’t have a remote? 🤦🏽♀️

i really like the features free to users but connection only works rarely. yes, i make sure my tv is on and connected to my wifi, so there shouldn't be anything wrong.

this is my favorite app for Samsung lol my remote wouldn’t control al the way a while back and we use this now(we as in my whole family)
Need the Remote to Use This App
The whole reason I need this app is because someone in my family lost the remote. But in order to be able to pair the app with the TV I literally have to press one button one time on the physical remote. you can’t use the television button.
