Couldn’t even use it and when the name popped up it didn’t even connect to my tv.

this is my favorite app for Samsung lol my remote wouldn’t control al the way a while back and we use this now(we as in my whole family)
Need the Remote to Use This App
The whole reason I need this app is because someone in my family lost the remote. But in order to be able to pair the app with the TV I literally have to press one button one time on the physical remote. you can’t use the television button.

It’s very helpful but sometimes the volume doesn’t work but everything else will. I’m grateful for the app though

Not an option if you lost the remote
This does not work if you have misplaced your physical remote. The tv makes you select “allow” for the app to work. How do you select allow if you don’t have the physical remote?
Good app, but
It’s a good app, but then I ran into a little problem. My TV keeps on cutting off of the Internet and how am I supposed to put the Internet back on if I don’t have a TV remote also I don’t have a button under my TV that I’ll turn it on so I always have to run and get my sister‘s TV remote. Still a good app I get four stars just it’s just that a little bit of problem that I have.

I mean there’s nothing else to it it’s free to work it and there’s some ads but nothing serious. Great overall does the job well

Pointless for no remote. Great if you just want to have both options.
Asks you to press allow on tv. If you have lost your remote this option will be NO HELP.
