Will not connect to my tv
There’s no option to manual enter information so my TV would not connect with app. I also tried to send a message through the app but the keyboard locks and the message can’t send. Poor design and a waste is money. I don’t even know how cancel the subscription! There’s no option for it and it keeps searching for a TV it can’t connect to.

Cancel!! Your holding me hostage!!
There’s no place to cancel on the app and nobody replies to my emails. I do not need this app. You do not have my authorization to charge my card. Somebody needs to confirm that I will not be charged for this app. Very poor customer service, to hold anybody hostage that downloads it.

Misleading and scamming
Not only did the app not work or connect to any of my devices (an error sign came up for every device) even after troubleshooting. The have two tabs that says annual and the second days 3 day trial $39.99 after. I selected the 3 day trial and it charged the full annual amount. When you go to their contact tab the site or app doesn’t continue when you click submit message. I wouldn’t be as upset if the app actually worked. I had to report the problem with apple.

Loads and launches.
The app searches your Wi-Fi for your TV to auto connect. Problem is my TV isn’t connected to the Wi-Fi because I have no remote. Unable to access the settings on the app to enter a remote device code (assuming here that you would actually be able to do that using the settings menu). without signing up for the $10 a month premium version. This app did nothing for me. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Remote app hangs upon trying to connect to a M43-C1 Vizio tv. It sees the name and open address-no Wi-Fi connection, just a waste of time. Powered tv and phone off to do reset.

Terrible app
The first thing it does is make sure you get a 3 day trial but then you gotta pay however much per month after that. The thing is is that you can’t even make sure that it’s gonna attach to your tv before you say yes to the payment. Then while trying to contact someone on the app about it it won’t even let me press the send button after writing out my issues. Terrible app!!

My remote is lost and i found this app. Well it didnt work. I try to connect it and it says “error”. I have closed the app and reset my phone. Its a scam dont buy!
