More Favorites Needed
We utilize this app to monitor a few hundred remote sites. Unfortunately, the app is limited to 50 favorites. This needs to be increased significantly to allow users to save all their equipment.
Lock/unlock feature difficult
The lock/unlock feature on my iPhone X is almost impossible to work with. Takes forever.

Thank you for the feedback. I am not sure what you mean by "Takes forever". The lock and unlock is activated by double tapping the Unlock button. Single tap to move the button. We have not seen the app freeze in landscape mode. Make sure you are using the latest version of iOS. If you have other issues please click on the support link and contact support for assistance.

As a customer paying thousands for your hardware, why should I pay for this app? I'm not going to get my work to reimburse me $8 but I sure have dropped your standing in my mind... Good luck keeping repeat customers with this money grubbing straight from workers pockets
Works great!
This app plus an iPad is cheaper than an HMI panel. Makes it portable and the iPad can do a bunch more than an HMI panel besides just running this app. Plus, if I don't have my iPad with me I can use my iPhone.
