Exceptional Support and Outstanding App!
I’ve been using this app for a long time and love how highly customizable it is for my workflow. Recently, after a macOS update, I ran into a severe connection issue where it would freeze after 1 minute and even start typing numbers repeatedly.
When I contacted support, the developer (Evgeny) was incredibly responsive. He deep-dived into my network environment, identified a conflict with my workplace network, and built a custom test build just for me within hours!
With the new "Listen On" feature, the connection is now 100% rock-solid and stable. I’ve never experienced such lightning-fast, dedicated support from a developer. If you want a reliable, customizable keypad app with a developer who truly cares about his users, this is the one. Highly recommended! 5 stars!
