I paid the 1 week $6.46 to trial it and yet the controller still doesn’t work my tv pops up on the “tv search” in the app, but keeps taking me back to payment details… not happy at all will never recommend this to anyone if it doesn’t get fixed.
TV Remote Not Working
Such a scam. Why do you take people’s for a remote that doesn’t work. I have emailed your customer service about this issue but no one got back to me. I need my full refund or else I will contact ACCC as you should not charge customers for a service that doesn’t work.

I would like to have my money back please. I purchased the lifetime payment of $29.99 and it doesn’t work at all. You can’t do this and scam people for money and your app doesn’t work.
