About
Remote Viewer lets a trusted technician securely see your iPhone or iPad screen in real time so they can guide you through fixes, training, or setup—without accounts, sign-ups, or complicated configuration.
How it works:
Open the app and start the screen broadcast by pressing the red button
Read out the one-time ID and password shown in the app to your technician.
When you’re done, stop the broadcast to immediately end the session by pressing the stop button.
Why you’ll love it:
Fast, simple support: Share your screen in seconds so experts can see exactly what you see.
Privacy by design: You decide when sharing starts and stops. Your screen is only visible during an active session.
One-time credentials: A unique ID and password are generated for each session to keep access locked down.
No account required: Nothing to create, remember, or manage—just launch and share.
Screen-only sharing: Designed to share your display for clear, focused troubleshooting.
Perfect for:
Getting help with device or app setup
Troubleshooting issues step-by-step
Training and walkthroughs for new features
Requirements:
A technician or support partner using Remote Viewer on their side
Internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular; data charges may apply)
Remote Viewer gives you control and peace of mind while making remote support effortless. Start a broadcast, share your one-time code, and get back to what matters—fast.
