Used to work
This app used to work when it first came out but it never connects to my tv . Then I downloaded the monthly subscription version and that one connected just fine ….feeling ripped off

Useless!
App requires permission every time utilized. If TV remote is required to enable app what is the point of the app?
Connection
Each time trying to connect with same TV need confirmation from TV (you need TV original remote). This just defeats the purpose of the app.

Not recommended. The App needs to be on constantly for it to work. Anytime you do anything else on your phone the App disconnects and you need to either use your control to reconnect or walk tot the TV. Waste of time.

Don’t waste your money. I downloaded this app on two devices. Each time you open the app a notification on the TV requires you to allow the app to work. The only way you can tick yes is by using another TV remote so you can press the OK button, which defeats the reason to have the app. I email the developer nearly two weeks ago, no reply.

Ok overall
Often unable to connect with the TV unless I reboot my phone just before I would like to use it. Once it does connect, it works as expected

Samsung Smarthub and touchpad Select functionality no longer work, as they did several IOS updates ago.
Needs origins remote to connect app
Because the original remote is needed to connect this app to the TV repeatedly, it defeats the purpose. If you’ve lost your original remote, then, based on my experience, you can’t use this app, until you can authorize it to connect to the TV by approving it with the original remote. If you have the original remote, there’s no need for this remote.

It’s okay. It works with our smart tv but every time it opens I have to enter a 4 digit code to reconnect it. Which often takes several times to get the code to work. I’ve got a different app that I use with three different Rokus and once the connection is made, it stays. Wish this was the same.

It’s pretty good the only thing about it is the delay when you press the button but other than that it’s really great

Having to allow
If you leave the app, then go back to it, you need to reconnect it every time. By clicking allow by using the buttons on your TVs. Don’t buy.
Disconnects often
Won’t stay connected to my TV for more than a minute before it loses connection and takes up to 5 mins to get back. Terrible. Want my money back.
No Longer Connects Automatically
05/16/20 I purchased the Pro version over a year ago. It used to work great. As long as the TV was on, I could open the app at anytime and control my TV. After the last update in February it no longer connects to my TV automatically. Every time you want to use the app, the TV will ask for it’s permission. You then have to get up and push the enter button on the TV. Again, it worked great for a year prior so I don’t suspect it has to do with settings on my TV. Now, over the past week, the app can no longer even locate my TV. This drove me to leave a review to caution others on using this app.
