About

Remoto finds you a cafe you can actually work from. Every place is checked on the things that decide whether an afternoon works: how good the wifi is, whether there are power outlets, how loud it gets, how long you can sit at a table, and whether the staff mind a laptop. 2,700 cafes in 9 cities: Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Lisbon, Porto, Berlin, Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Canggu. What you get - Wifi, plugs, noise, seating and time limits, place by place - A map and a list, with filters for what matters to you today - Opening hours, photos, ratings and what other people actually wrote - Save the ones you liked and find them again in the next city - Suggest a cafe we are missing, or ask for a whole city Made for people who work from a laptop: freelancers, remote workers, students, and anyone spending a morning out of the house. Remoto Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, that unlocks every filter. It renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage it in your App Store account settings. What's New in Remoto

2.0.0

September 9, 2026

Remoto is a native app now. It opens straight away, the map holds every cafe in the city instead of the first hundred, and each place tells you what it is actually like to work there. • Every cafe now carries a read: wifi, power outlets, noise, how much room there is and whether anyone minds a long stay, taken from what the people who sat there wrote. • A map with the whole city on it, and filters you can leave on: open now, laptop friendly, verified, and the ones that matter to you today. • Saved places travel with you, so the list you built in one city is there when you land in the next. • Missing a place, or a whole city? Suggest it from inside the app and it goes into the queue. • The app is in six languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Italian. • Faster everywhere. Photos, hours and ratings load while you scroll instead of after it.
